Project: Vision System for Biscuits counting

PACKAGING INSPECTION

This application is designed to count biscuits in a packet and determine their status based on the count. Despite the biscuits being oriented in different directions, with baked sides and mesh sides mixed, the system accurately counts the biscuits in each packet. The results are then displayed as either acceptable or unacceptable based on whether the count matches the expected number, ensuring consistency and quality control in the packaging process. This application enhances efficiency and accuracy in the production line by automating the counting and verification of biscuits, regardless of their orientation.

Project: Vision System for counting Tetra Packs

PACKAGING INSPECTION

The vision system for checking missing Tetra Packs in a box of 50 is designed to enhance quality control by accurately identifying any missing units. It employs high-resolution cameras and precise lighting to capture clear images of each box’s contents. Deep Learning algorithms analyze these images to detect the presence or absence of Tetra Packs, ensuring that each box is complete. The system integrates seamlessly with existing production lines, providing real-time monitoring and instant feedback on missing items. It includes a user-friendly HMI for tracking performance and generating reports, while maintaining high speed and accuracy to keep up with production rates. Regular maintenance and calibration features ensure the system’s continued reliability and effectiveness.
