Project: Vision System for Syringe Bottles Inspection
BOTTLES INSPECTION
This machine vision application automates the inspection and verification processes for syringe bottles and packaging through two stations. In the first station, the system ensures the presence and correct positioning of syringe bottles and verifies the proper application of pricing sticker, addressing inspection and quality control. In the second station, the system flips the packets and uses Deep Learning- Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to read and verify the printed information, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. This comprehensive solution enhances product quality, accuracy, and efficiency in the production line.
