We have Successfully implemented Vision solution to check the orientation of the connector of the PCB without using deep learning. We are getting the desired accuracy in Slot and Data code reading on the connector strip. In this project we have two Camera setup in order to avoid the disturbance and reduce cycle time. Vision solutions in the Electronic (PCB) industry aid in improving manufacturing efficiency, reducing defects, and maintaining high quality standards throughout the production process. These results are transferred via Adam TCP/IP module to the any other software such as Lab view in this case. Aurora Vision is capable of handshaking with other software without any difficulty.
